Since forming in 2010, Cadillac Rumble has built its reputation the old-fashioned way: one show at a time. Over more than 15 years as an active live band, we’ve grown through multiple chapters, evolving our sound, line-up, and approach while staying rooted in high-energy rock n roll, rockabilly, honky tonk, surf, and roots music.
Like most long-running bands, our journey has included changes, challenges, and periods of reinvention. What matters most is this: Cadillac Rumble is still here, still active, and heading into a strong 2026.
Fifteen Years on Stage
Since inception, Cadillac Rumble has played well over 100 live performances across Ontario and Quebec. Those shows have included:
- Bars and pubs
- Breweries
- Festivals and outdoor concerts
- Car shows and bike rallies
- Community and municipal events
- Private and corporate functions
We’ve played daytime shows, evening club nights, multi-night runs, seasonal festivals, and recurring annual events. Each performance has helped shape how we approach live shows — musically, professionally, and logistically.
A Defining Chapter Beginning in 2018
While Cadillac Rumble’s history goes back to 2010, 2018 marked the start of the band’s current era.
That year, Scott Harvey stepped fully into the role of lead vocalist while continuing on upright bass, helping define the sound, energy, and stage presence that audiences and bookers recognize today.
2018 also marked the return of guitarist Bogdan Gheorghe, who rejoined the band after taking a sabbatical to focus on family. His return brought renewed stability and chemistry, helping solidify the musical direction and live performance style that continues to define Cadillac Rumble.
Since 2018, the band has delivered 80+ live performances, representing the most consistent and active stretch in its history. This period sharpened the focus on crowd-tested setlists, strong audience connection, and reliable performances that work across different rooms and event types.
The Current Lineup and How It Took Shape
Cadillac Rumble’s present-day lineup came together over time and has proven itself on stage.
- Scott Harvey – Lead Vocals and Upright Bass (Lead vocalist since 2018)
- Bogdan Gheorghe – Guitar and Backing Vocals (Returned in 2018)
- David Tettmar – Drums and Backing Vocals (Joined February 2022)
Since February 2022, this three-piece configuration has become the foundation of Cadillac Rumble’s live sound — tight, energetic, and visually distinctive.
This lineup has delivered the majority of the band’s recent performances and continues to refine a compact, efficient setup that works just as well in pubs and clubs as it does on festival stages, outdoor concerts, and community events.
